How this sound came
about
The Procrastination sounds were developed to
deal with issues which arose and presented as being
common in the lives of many clients and associates. How
often do we procrastinate and say “Oh I should have”, or
“I wish I had”, or just keep putting off the tasks we
know that we should do.
Both Susan and I have been guilty of this in the
past, and this was one of the sounds that presented
itself to us, to move us through a lot of the blockages
we both had to working with the sounds and the web
site.
Its not that we didn’t believe in the sounds we
did, and still do, a good deal of it was the time
factors, and the sheer volume not only of work but also
of the challenges which we were presented with as each
sound came along.
We were presented with and needed to deal with
our own issues as each sound was
created.
Comment from
Susan - I am guilty of procrastination on many,
many occasions, and it is such a time stealer and a future
stealer. It steals your future by giving
you an excuse to delay taking action, and of course delayed
action, leads to delayed progress. The
practitioner version of this is much, much fuller and longer
and I would recommend a practitioner session for anyone
contemplating starting a new or ambitious
project. The membership site version is more
than adequate for top ups or everyday
procrastination. And I would recommend that
you follow this sound with the ‘Taking Action’
sound.
