How this sound came about

When Trevor and I decided to combine our individual work and create the powerful The Road to Wellness program that is the foundation of many of our Absolute Health and Wellness programs, we became aware of the levels of cleansing or detoxification of the energetic levels of the body as well as the physical components.

A long discussion with Susan followed and this sound was born

Comment from Susan - This is one of those rare times when we adapt work from another source to fit our own.  The concept for it came from Sheila and Trevor's work (which I highly recommend by the way) - but it has been altered and adapted to include detoxification energetically and physically from a Sounds from Source perspective.  Make sure you drink plenty of water mixed with apple and pear juice in 80/20 proportions for a good few days after playing this CD.  Sheila has found that the body accepts the water and remains better hydrated if it is consumed in these proportions with apple and pear juice - in this instance, I merely do as I'm told.
