Description of sound

The Deep Weight Sounds were developed to address issues of carrying and or being Overweight to a significant degree, and for people who have consistently not succeeded at diets and or dieting.

Where there may have been memories of lack or famine in the Genetic Ancestral line this can create the need in the body to hold onto weight in case there is not enough.

Weight is also often used as a barrier or buffer zone of protection preventing the person from being seen as they really are or as a protective barrier against the hurts of life in general or what are perceived as the hurts of the world

How this sound came about

The Deep Weight program which consists of two individual practitioner sessions either in person or through a telephone or internet consultation was designed to address the “deep” issues of being overweight, and which in many instances are not related to the diet or lifestyle of the client. The genetic ancestral patterning of the family line may play a significant part in the body holding onto or storing weight.

Failed “Diets” or “Dare I Eat That” as we describe the word Diet create a Yo -Yo effect in the body which then see’s each “New” diet as another possible famine, and decides that it needs to store extra “just in case”.

Add to that the popular word “LOSE” and the subconscious mind which is trained not to lose anything, has a field day, and does its best to put back on the weight you have “lost” and more in case you lose it again.

Both Susan and I have put an amazing amount of work into the production of this program with great results.

Comment from Susan -  I actually play this sound a lot for clients who are starting new projects or clearing old issues, releasing emotional ‘weight’,  if the emotional weight is affecting your physical weight, then often a person will release some physical size over time as well.
