Description of sound

The Accepting Optimal Health sounds were the fourth of 5^th  very powerful sounds written  in one short day with a foundation or base of the Freedom sounds which were created just over a year ago early 2007.

The Freedom Sounds were unique in there way of being written, and although very short were and still are extremely powerful in the levels of genetic ancestral patterning they work to.

The title of the Accepting Optimal Health sounds may seem strange to some why wouldn’t we accept Optimal Health, and yet many people do not. For one reason or another they cling to their choices of illness or ill health.

They may not even be aware that they have this pattern or behaviour and indeed it may not be strictly theirs. Who knows what beliefs about illness and sickness may have been handed on through the genetic ancestral line.

How this sound came about

My own ill health was a lifetime burden, I do not remember ever being really well until 2003 when I met Cameron Dawson [The Dawson Program] and that meeting changed not only my life but also the way in which I worked as a practitioner.

I have had clients often with young children who have requested that I not make them [the child] too well as it would mean the cessation of government benefits which they received for having an ‘disabled’ child or a child who needed extra care.

The Accepting Optimal Health sounds are designed to remove blockages to our having and enjoying optimal health, both from our own thoughts  and from the genetic ancestral patterning.

Comment from Susan - What can I say.  Anything that assists with optimal health has got to be good for us.
